Akaka Bill: Header

Some people have been asking me about the header for I created it and purposefully added stones as in Kaulana Na Pua also known as Mele Ai Pohaku.

Watch this video which explains the meaning behind the song Kaulana Na Pua or “Famous are the Children.” It relates to the Akaka Bill because most Hawaiians (and non-Hawaiians) do not want the Akaka Bill:

By the way my Portuguese great grandfather was one of three Portuguese men credited with the invention of the ukulele. His name is Augusto Dias. He was Portuguese by ethnicity and Hawaiian by nationality 🙂 and was inducted into the Ukulele Hall of Fame in 2003.
