Akaka Bill

Ehu Cardwell sums it up well. Property rights of people can be a very tricky thing and that is one thing that is suspicious about the Akaka Bill.

It is being used as a tool to set up a trust relationship between the federal government and Hawaiians against the will of Hawaiians and their legal heirs. However they are doing this without the input of Hawaiians and without the consent of Hawaiians and their legal heirs in order to try to transfer their title without their consent.
